Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesetaraan gender dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan rumah sakit. Jumlah responden sebanyak 116 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SMART-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesetaraan gender dalam praktik MSDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara kesetaraan gender dalam praktik MSDM dan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan prinsip kesetaraan gender dalam rekrutmen, pelatihan, kompensasi, promosi, dan pengembangan karier tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, tetapi juga berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya organisasi, khususnya rumah sakit, untuk memperkuat kebijakan kesetaraan gender dalam seluruh aspek manajemen SDM guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adil, inklusif, dan produktif.
