Abstract

Kinerja tim proyek menjadi faktor krusial bagi organisasi yang bergantung pada keberhasilan eksekusi proyek, terutama ketika tantangan kolaborasi dan pertukaran pengetahuan semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran servant leadership dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim proyek melalui mekanisme berbagi pengetahuan dan budaya kolaboratif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui metode survei terhadap 116 karyawan PT Surveyor Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian diadaptasi dari berbagai studi terdahulu dan diukur menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0, mencakup evaluasi model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dan budaya kolaboratif, namun tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja tim proyek. Sebaliknya, berbagi pengetahuan dan budaya kolaboratif terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tim. Selain itu, kedua variabel tersebut berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara servant leadership dan kinerja tim proyek, sehingga gaya kepemimpinan melayani berdampak pada kinerja terutama melalui perbaikan dinamika sosial dan proses kerja tim. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya memperkuat praktik kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada pelayanan, serta mendorong organisasi untuk membangun budaya kerja yang kolaboratif dan berbasis pengetahuan guna meningkatkan keberhasilan proyek. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan manajemen proyek modern, khususnya pada sektor jasa teknis dan konsultansi.
