The results of the study indicate that fair compensation and effective digitalization both contribute significantly to improving employee performance. Ulama, traditionally known as spiritual leaders, are now also playing a significant role in business, especially in ensuring shariah-compliant business practices. This study analyzes the influence of ulama involvement on business practices, economic impact, social impact, and the challenges and moral implications faced. The results show that the involvement of ulama in business encourages the integration of sharia values, such as fairness and transparency, in business operations. It also increases consumer trust and loyalty, which contributes to the economic growth of sharia-based businesses. In addition, ulama play an important role in promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social justice. However, a key challenge faced is the potential conflict of interest between the religious and commercial roles of ulama, as well as the risk of erosion of moral authority if involvement in business is not properly managed. This research recommends specialized education and training for ulama, the establishment of Islamic business ethics committees, and increased collaboration between ulama and business professionals. By doing so, ulama can continue to serve as agents of change who promote ethical and equitable business practices, while maintaining their moral integrity. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology offers innovative solutions for strengthening internal oversight and early detection of fraudulent activities. This article presents a systematic review of the literature that discusses the application of AI in internal control, focusing on fraud prevention in public procurement in Indonesia. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with PRISMA guidelines, this article compiles, identifies, and synthesises relevant research to evaluate the effectiveness of AI and the challenges in its application. The study results show that although AI has great potential to improve accuracy and efficiency in detecting complex fraud patterns, significant barriers related to implementation costs, limited technology infrastructure, and low readiness of human resources in Indonesia are still significant challenges. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of the Service Remuneration system, especially in the Central Kalimantan Provincial Hospital in the INA-CBG era. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. The informants involved in this study were the Director of the Hospital, the Deputy Director of General and Finance, the Head of the Section, the Head of SMF, the Staff, certain functionalities and contract doctors. The results of the study were analyzed by the triangulation method. A financial performance can be seen from the evaluation of the company's financial statements. The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of the liquidity ratio and the amount of activity ratio on financial performance in container and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022. The type of research used is statistical quantitative method. Determination of the sample in this paper uses purposive sampling method and a total of ten container and packaging companies are obtained as samples. The technique of data collection uses documentation and online research methods. In analyzing the data the author runs the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using the help of SPSS 25 software. There are two independent variables used in this paper, namely the liquidity ratio (X1) and the activity ratio (X2), then the dependent variable is financial performance (Y). From the partial test results, it shows that there is no significant effect of the liquidity ratio on financial performance, while for the activity ratio there is a significant effect on the company's financial performance. The sampling technique used is the census method so that the number of samples is 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and used SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that training and career development partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of the employees of the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office. The most dominant variable affecting employee job satisfaction in this study is the career development variable. Tempe is in demand by the public not only because of its affordable price, but also because it has a variety of flavors and presentation variations that make it popular from the middle to upper economic class. In recent years, tempeh has also received international attention as a healthy food. However, quality issues are often an obstacle for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study uses quantitative methods to analyze the quality factors of soybean tempeh manufacturing by applying the concept of quality management through seven tools. The results of the analysis show that quality problems in the tempeh production process are black or brown tempeh, consumers do not take orders, soybeans are not washed thoroughly, and the beans are too fluffy. Improvements needed in the production process, selection of quality raw materials, and improvement of employee skills can be the first step to improve the quality of tempeh products. The study population is all palm sugar consumers who come to make purchases in several predetermined traditional markets. This study uses a <em>survey sample</em> method, and uses <em>a purposive sampling</em> technique. Because the number of members of the research population is not known for sure, the number of research samples is determined to be 100 respondents. To answer the problems raised, the analysis tool used is the <em>Ideal-Point Model</em>, which is the evaluation of consumers on what they feel and what they want. This model measures the difference between what is perceived and what consumers want. The results of the study show that the attributes of palm sugar products are good. Several factors contribute to the low interest in entrepreneurship, including a lack of self-confidence, laziness, insufficient capital, and most notably, a lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial knowledge is a key element in boosting interest in entrepreneurship, as having a solid understanding of entrepreneurship can enhance self-confidence in starting a business. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of university students. The type of research conducted is a literature review, with data collected through reference searches on the internet. From these searches, 21 relevant references were obtained regarding the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on students' entrepreneurial interest. Based on the analysis of these 21 references, all of them conclude that entrepreneurial knowledge has an impact on entrepreneurial interest. This research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a sample of 200 Gopay users. Data was collected through a questionnaire, and purposive sampling techniques were applied. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use does not impact financial behavior. Conversely, perceived security and perceived usefulness significantly and positively influence financial behavior. The intention to use has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior. Perceived ease of use does not influence the intention to use, whereas perceived security and perceived usefulness significantly and positively affect the intention to use. The intention to use does not mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness with financial behavior.
