Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kelurahan Monjok Barat Kota Mataram

Abstract

This study examined the effects of physical work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at Monjok Barat Village Office, Mataram City. A quantitative associative approach was used with 35 employees selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the physical work environment had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Work discipline did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, physical work environment, work discipline, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F-test produced a value of 17.573 with a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination was 0.630, indicating that the three independent variables explained 63.0% of the variation in employee performance.
